We have supply chain links with sub-contractors and suppliers nationally to suit all types and sizes of contractors, from small businesses to major sub-contractors. We can compile a tender list, adopt your supply chain specialists or combine the two. 

We prepare bills for pricing and record the tender responses for comparison. Our comparison sheets will detail the tender return figures, any adjustments, along with offered discounts. This format allows us to discuss the package net allowance and make your commercial adjustments for inflation or buying margins. Our preferred software for preparation estimates is Conquest.

The settled construction cost will be packaged and compiled ready to brief your construction team at an estimator's handover meeting. Live estimate documents issued can be formatted into your Cost Value Reports and utilised for procurement.
