We acted as Employer's Agent on the refurbishment of this 12,000sqft office and auction hall cafe space to provide breakout areas for staff.

The project provided an agile and tech savvy office within the client's existing site with the high end specification including bespoke joinery, high specification furniture, feature wall finishes, feature lighting, flooring, partitioning, feature plants, power/data infrastructure and audio visual package.

Added value

This is the third office fit out project that WCS has undertaken for the client and working with the same team and contractor as the previous projects has provided a seamless project from start to finish.
