Our on site team, supported by our off site resources, manages procurement, construction, programme, sequencing, costs, health and safety, site logistics and quality. 

We are appointed on a JCT Construction Management form of contract which allows us to retain and build on the knowledge gained during the early design pricing and procurement exercises and go on to feed the construction process with this learning and project specific experience.
