33 storey mixed use development in historic industrial area of Leeds

The development involves the refurbishment of the Grade II listed Midland Mill and the creation of a 33 storey residential tower.
The development is a mixed use scheme with commercial space and high levels of amenities for the residents of the 306 apartments.
Our role included the preparation of cost plan and programme to allow negotiated procurement between Client and Contractor.
We carried out an independent review to prepare a cost plan, programme and methodology to set a Maximum price for the scheme.
Once the principles for engagement are agreed we will work with the Contractor, Client and designers to ensure the agreement is fulfilled
How we made a difference
The Contractor and Client have agreed to progress the scheme together based on the principles we set out and are awaiting the Client’s funding agreement to complete before we commence our full Pre-Construction Service on behalf of the team.
